his and each year, St. Peter Publications is happy to produce a popular Church calendar which includes the Sundays, Holy Days, Saints' Days and seasons of the Church Year, in accordance with the calendar from the Book of Common Prayer (1962) of the Anglican Church of Canada.
The 2012 Calendar is illustrated with attractive original watercolours of Anglican churches throughout Canada, painted by Montreal-born Canadian artist Peter Bresnen. We regret that ill health prevented Mr. Bresnen from painting any new pictures for the 2012 calendar. We have selected pictures of his that have appeared in past calendars over the years.
The squares provided for each day provide plenty of room for making notes on your Canadian Church Calendar.
Featured for 2012 are churches from Ontario, Nova Scotia, Saskatchewan, New Brunswick, British Columbia, Alberta, Quebec, Manitoba, and Prince Edward Island.
Would you like to see a picture of your parish church in a future calendar? Send colour photos of the church (in different seasons, and from different angles) for consideration to the Calendar Editors at St. Peter Publications. Thanks to all who have sent photos in the past year—if they did not appear, they are on file for future use.
Also, if you wish to purchase the original artwork from the calendar for your parish or personal use, contact us as soon as possible.
Orders of 25 or more are only $5.80 per calendar (plus postage and handling). For fewer than 25, the Calendars are $6.50 each (plus postage and handling). This means that the more ordered, the lower the price, or the greater amount raised for your parish or church group (sold for $7.00 or $8.00 each, for instance).
